This is just about as simple as a waist pant can get.  Elastic waist band, two side pockets, and zipper expansion gusset at the bottom.  The outside has kida that "clammy" feeling because it's a PVC coating.  But inside it has a nylon lining not only for a comfortable feeling, but it slides so easy off an on other fabrics.

While the supervisor could wear this, it's not your rugged construction wear.
